Standard APM to APM Delivery

2 (two) days delivery of parcels between two different APMs of BOX NOW within the territory of Bulgaria pursuant to BOX NOW’s General Terms and Conditions of the Agreement with Customers of Non-universal Postal Services Provided by BOX NOW (the “GTC”).

The price is for delivery of parcels with dimensions up to 36 cm * 45 cm *60 cm and maximum weight of 20kg between 2 APMs of BOX NOW. The price is determined based on the type of locker (Small, Medium, Large) the customer chooses to use for parcel delivery.

The prices are final, in Bulgarian leva (BGN), for 1 (one) parcel and include VAT.

*The price contains pick-up of the parcel from any APM of BOX NOW in Bulgaria, delivery of parcel to chosen other APM of BOX NOW in Bulgaria, possibility of 1 change of delivery APM and possibility to prolong a duration of a stay of the parcels within the chosen delivery APM by additional maximum of 48h.

Payment for the service shall be made cashless via a payment gateway provided by BOX NOW with the possibility to use any bank card originated in EU or Google Pay or Apple Pay.

Delivery time - within 2 (two) days pursuant to the GTC. For BOX NOW business day is any day besides Sundays and official public holidays in Bulgaria.

The size and weight limitation for each of the types of lockers available to customers:

Standard Address to APM Delivery

Next-day delivery of parcels between Address and APM within the territory of Bulgaria available only to customers with signed individual agreements.

The price is for pick-up of parcels with dimensions up to 36 cm * 45 cm *60 cm and maximum weight of 20kg at the chosen address of the pick-up and delivery of the parcel to the selected APM automat of BOX NOW.

The prices are final, in Bulgarian leva (BGN), for 1 (one) parcel and include VAT.

The price includes the collection of the parcel from the agreed pick-up location, transportation, and delivery to the selected BOX NOW APM within the territory of Bulgaria. The service further includes the option for 1 (one) change of the designated delivery APM. Additionally, the customer may request a further extension of stay of the parcel in the APM for additional 48 hours via the tracking page or the BOX NOW mobile application. The service also covers 1 (one) attempt to return undelivered parcels to the originally agreed address.

Payment for the service shall be made cashless by bank transfer or otherwise as determined by BOX NOW.

Delivery time – Next day pursuant to the General Terms and Conditions. For BOX NOW business day is any day besides Sundays and official public holidays in Bulgaria.

Standard APM to Address Delivery (Return)

2 (two) days pursuant to the General Terms for delivery of parcels between APM and Address within the territory of Bulgaria available only to senders returning parcels to customers with signed individual agreements.

The price is for pick-up of parcels with dimensions up to 36 cm * 45 cm *60 cm and maximum weight of 20kg at the chosen APM of the sender and delivery of the parcel to the chosen address of the customer with signed individual agreement.

The prices are final, in Bulgarian leva (BGN), for 1 (one) parcel and include VAT.

Payment shall be made cashless by bank transfer or otherwise as determined by BOX NOW.

Delivery time - within 2 (two) days pursuant to the General Terms and Conditions. For BOX NOW business day is any day besides Sundays and official public holidays in Bulgaria.

PAYMENT ON DELIVERY (PAY ON THE GO):

Payment on delivery – a service involving handing over the shipment within the territory of Republic of Bulgaria to the recipient after payment a sum of money specified by sender with an individual agreement with BOX NOW beforehand done cashless via bank card originated in EU or Google Pay or Apple Pay. The service is charged with a fee in the amount of 1.2% over the money paid by the recipient with a minimum payment of 0.60 BGN. The collected amount of payment on delivery is sent to the sender within a time frame specified in Article 5, Section (3) of the General Terms and Conditions.

The prices are final, in Bulgarian leva (BGN), for payment on delivery of 1 (one) parcel and include VAT.

Payment on Delivery is available only to customers with signed individual agreements.
