You can pick up your parcel within 48 hours upon delivery. You can extend this period free of charge by another 48 hours through our web page in the section "Track your parcel". If the parcel remains uncollected in the locker, BOX NOW returns it back to our warehouse. We always send you pick-up reminders through text messages in order not to forget the collection of your parcel. 

If you have ordered from a partnered e-shop, BOX NOW will send you a text message with PIN code once your parcel is at the selected BOX NOW locker. By typing this PIN to the locker’s keypad a door will open so you can collect your parcel. 

We can accommodate three package's sizes: 

 Small (H: 8 cm, W: 45 cm, L: 60 cm)

Medium (H: 17 cm, W: 45 cm, L: 60 cm)

Large (H: 36 cm, W: 45 cm, L: 60 cm) up to 20Kg.

BOX NOW delivers within the next day after your order has been processed. BOX NOW delivers within 24 hours by the time the merchant has finished processing your order. You can track your parcel on our website or contact us at support@boxnow.bg and 0700 70744.

Our parcel delivery lockers are equipped with solar power cells, therefore they do not require electricity outlets for their operation. 

If you have a sunny outside space that is not useful for your store's operation, you can get in touch with us at location@boxnow.bg and discuss the possibility of hosting a BOX NOW Locker.

Actually you can receive and send almost everything. We exclude fresh groceries and dangerous chemicals.

BOX NOW is the newest courier service in Bulgaria, which delivers only to its own network of Automated Post Machines (lockers). This allows us to offer fast and affordable customer service. BOX NOW lockers are always located in a key location in the city, accessible 24/7 and powered by their own solar panels.

From our lockers to our operational procedures, we aspire to be fully green and sustainable. Our lockers use only solar power for their operation, fact that makes us our contribute less to the evolving energy crisis. Our transport service is more efficient than the usual delivery services as we can cover a lower amount of mileage to deliver more parcels into one BOX NOW Locker.  In that way we reduce congestion levels and as a consequence decrease emissions. 

Yes you can! It's an easy process available in selected partnered e-shops. You fill out the BOX NOW returns form, you receive a PIN and you go to any BOX NOW Locker and place the parcel for return. 

No! If you're not feeling comfortable with paying for your goods prior to their delivery, you can also pay your order via a payment link that we send you at the time that the parcel is already placed at your selected locker.  You can find this payment method in selected partnered e-shops.
